Quinoaburgers with olives, carrots, leek, sundried tomatoes, garlic and onion.
500 gram quinoa
3 grated carrots
2 onions in thin slices
5 garlic cloves finely chopped
6 sundried tomatoes chopped
10 cm leek chopped
Rinse the quinoa and cook with some herbal salt. When done, mix with the veggies and add two tablespoons of buckwheat flour. Add salt, pepper and some extra seasoning if you want.(chili, garamasala, curry, bbq) Make thin burgers and fry in oil, or put them in the owen with oil on top for 5 minutes on each side ( 225 degrees C) or until crispy.
They are also super nice to BBQ, then make them in the oven first and then add some glace and put on the BBQ for some minutes.
Really good to eat with oven baked veggies, green salad and guacamole.
